We will help you get from an idea to documentation. A sketch, photo, dimensions or a sample part is enough — we will prepare a 3D model and a manufacturing drawing in SOLIDWORKS, designed for CNC machining from the start.
SHEET 1/1We 3D-print prototypes in resin and plastic (FDM). Within hours, such a model shows whether the part fits, feels right in the hand and has the correct dimensions — before you pay for machining steel or aluminium.
The printer melts a plastic filament and extrudes it in a thin line — a bit like a computer-controlled hot glue gun. The model grows layer by layer, from the base upwards.
Fine layer lines are visible on the surface.
The model is made in a tank of liquid resin. UV light cures it point by point — layer by layer, each thinner than a human hair. The result is a smooth surface and very fine detail.
Resin is harder but more brittle than FDM plastic.
