What we do
We mill and turn one-off parts, prototypes and production runs. We accept 2D and 3D documentation, advise on material and process selection, and prepare the quote the same day*.
No drawing? We will design the part in SOLIDWORKS — from a sketch, photo or sample part. Before it is made in metal, we can 3D-print a prototype in resin or plastic (FDM) and check the fit. We also do TIG and MIG/MAG welding, so we can deliver a finished, welded subassembly.
Fast quotes. Big capabilities.
We know the biggest problem when outsourcing machining is waiting for a quote and an uncertain price. That is why our whole company is set up so you quickly get a firm, attractive quote — and a part that lives up to it.
You get the quote the same day*
No waiting weeks for a quote. We reply with a firm price, lead time and technical notes — you know where you stand right away.
You pay for machining, not downtime
We prepare CNC programs in CAM before the material reaches the machine. Shorter machining time and fewer setups mean a lower price for your part.
More precise and faster
Unlike most shops, we invest heavily in CAD/CAM. From the SOLIDWORKS model to a finished program for a Y-axis lathe or milling machine — your part is made more accurately and in less time.
One partner from design to series
15 machines: cutting to size, Y-axis turning, milling, 3D printing, TIG/MIG welding and grinding. Design, prototype and production in one place — including Hardox®, stainless steel and brass.
From a metal workshop
to modern CNC
- 1970s The beginning Ryszard Boroniec opens a small metal workshop in the centre of Bielsko-Biała, serving the Andoria works.
- 1990s Second generation His son Artur takes over the business. He moves it to its current site in Jasienica, expands production of mounting systems for flags, banners and advertising display accessories — and along the way moves into CNC technology.
- 2000s Own products Strong growth of our own products, known today under the brand Flagsystem.
- 2020 Third generation Jacek joins, a graduate of the Faculty of Industrial Design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Katowice. He focuses on modern solutions in managing production, designs and technologies. We keep expanding our production capabilities, develop our skills every day and are committed to growing manufacturing in Poland.
